We recommend this playroom. The rating of 4 is a good rating for us :) we were there today for a birthday party, it's the second time in this place :) overall, everything is a plus for most customers, large space for children and parents. :) One of our children is disabled and uses a wheelchair. I know that such clients are not common, but they do exist and they need accessibility in the form of an adapted toilet. There is a toilet for disabled people, but it is small and without a couch, which our son, a catheterist, needs. :) we had to spread the sleeping pad in the corridor between the toilets. I know that not every place has the ability to make a toilet for disabled people as it should be, but for us it is a minus. On the plus side, there is a room for a parent with a child, there is a changing table, unfortunately our 7-year-old cannot fit on it to use this place :) plus there is a separate room for children up to 3 years old. Thanks to this, they can feel safer and the older children can have more fun in the second room :) best regards :)

It was the first and last time I was with my child (2 years old) in this room. In my opinion, the space for children under 3 years old is not safe for them. A wooden monkey grove, a board above the slide calling to the child "hit me with your forehead", in a pool of balls as if there was no cure. Another issue is protruding cables, unsecured sockets, broken toys with sharp elements... generally poor quality.

I recently wrote a review, but it was the second time and I have to raise the rating ;) The zone for older children was nice, even a 2-year-old toddler had easy access to 3 slides. Elements well protected. Importantly, I was able to go inside and keep an eye on the baby, even to the highest levels. Last time we were there, there were few toys in zone 0-3. The toy kitchens were empty, without accessories. During my last visit, I noticed that there were more toys in zone 0-3, books, kitchen accessories, and accessories on the walls. I really appreciate that this zone has been completed :) Although I still consider the plywood slides 0-3 to be a mistake, not everything can be perfect. The cleanliness of the floor in the shoe changing area has improved. Multimedia screens where you can color or throw balls at a target are cool. Overall, I recommend the room, we will definitely come back :)

The best playroom in Lublin :) For the whole family! You can spend the whole day - there is a whole menu for children and adults. There is also a very nicely decorated room for mothers and children. It's my first time and I'm pleasantly surprised by the concept and idea :)

I highly recommend! We were with our 2-year-old son and we are very pleased. My son did great in both the older and toddler zones, where there is enough space and toys. It was the first time I encountered such eye-friendly decor. No glaring balls 🙏 Everything is colorful, yet subdued and eye-friendly! Clean, aesthetic and safe! Very professional service.

As a place for children to play, it is ok, the tube (slide) does the job, multimedia entertainment also attracts children's attention. There are a few disadvantages worth paying attention to. First of all, too many people are allowed in at one time, I didn't see anyone checking it and there were already crowds. The quality of the food is poor here. We asked about the quality of the dishes. The lady assured us that the nuggets were of very good quality... poorly fried, dripping with oil, and the quality was poor. Such a simple dish for children can be prepared fresh, not from frozen products, which in my opinion are the cheapest. Same story with the fries, they weren't crispy at all. We waited 40 minutes for the fries - with hungry children it's a bit of a drama. The casserole was delivered after 50 minutes!!! somehow average. I won't mention the forgotten tea. To sum up, it's OK as a fun place for children, but never again as a bar.

We were with three children of different ages. It was great fun😀 The place was clean, new, well-kept. If we weren't 180 km away, we would be happy to be frequent guests there 😀😍 A huge plus is that you don't have to pay for the entry of adults 👏👏🫶 If we are in Lublin again, we will definitely visit Coolki 😀😃 …

I highly recommend it. Today I was with my 2.5-year-old son. Incredible fun in the monkey grove. It's not huge, so my son handled it perfectly. A big plus is a second separate room with toys for just such little kids. A very nice cafe, delicious coffee, and an interesting sweet/savory display case. Plus for healthy alternatives and an extensive menu :-) warmly we recommend!
